Flowers and Kites

Dewdrops on the morn

Soft, crystal footsteps,

Treading over yesterday’s dreams…

The kite fluttered with the leaves,

unaware of  the skies ; when autumn came,

the leaves died and the kite soared-

A fresh lease of life…

  1. Simple beauty captured well.. Long time, I guess.
Do you know where I can buy a copy of the book Kuruntokai?
I’m asking you because of the reference to Red earth and pouring rain.

  2. !

‘Soft crystal footsteps’ is a lovely way to describe dew drops.

All the lines are again full of a light that is peculiar to your thoughts, your imagery and your poetry.
